Realty developer County Group has bought a 5-acre land parcel in Noida for around ₹473 crore. The land was acquired through a government auction, according to sources.

The land is located in Sector 151, Noida, which is becoming a fast-growing residential area in the city. This deal shows strong demand for premium housing projects in the region.

Planned Luxury Housing Project

The company is planning to develop a residential project on this land. The total development area will exceed 11 lakh square feet.

In this project, County Group will build only 226 residential units. This means the project will be low-density, offering residents more space, privacy, and comfort.

The focus of the development will be on modern lifestyle living with better planning and open areas. The project is expected to attract homebuyers looking for premium homes in Noida.

Strong Track Record of County Group

County Group is one of the well-known developers in the Delhi-NCR real estate market. The company has delivered over 40 lakh square feet of residential space in 2024 alone.

In 2025, the group will have already launched two major projects. One is Ivory County in Sector 115, Noida, a 63-lakh-square-foot luxury project.

The second is Jade County on NH24 in Ghaziabad, spread over 30 lakh square feet.
